A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a “C” business with the sixth floor in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

From December 18, 2014 to February 10, 2015, the Defendant provided facilities necessary for sexual traffic, such as a smuggling, in which the intrusion was installed, with D and E employed as an employee, and received 60,000 to 120,000 won from an unspecified customer who found in the said business place, and had the said employee engage in sexual intercourse in a way that the said employee might cause the customer to scam or scam the sexual organ of the customer, or have the sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to the police interrogation protocol to E or D;

1. Article 19 (2) 1 of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, such as Mediation, etc. of elective sexual traffic concerning facts constituting an offense and Article 19 (2) 1 of the same Act;

Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act on the Suspension of Execution (Article 62 (1) of the same Act (Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act on the grounds that a person has committed the instant crime even though he/she was sentenced to a fine for the same type of crime, but has committed the instant crime, and

1. The community service order under Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act;

The basic area (six months to one year and four months) (no person in special sentencing) of the types of sexual traffic crimes subject to 19 years of age or older, including brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic, shall be included in the sentencing guidelines under Article 25 of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, Including Mediation, etc. of Additional Collection of Sexual Traffic;
