A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 20, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on August 20, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in a medical prison on November 21, 2010.

1.
