Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;
A. On March 15, 2013, around 06:00, around March 16, 2013, around 04:53, March 16, 2013, and around 04:40-40-05:51 on March 20, 2013, the Defendant driven the Defendant’s E-wit truck on the pipe in front of the warehouse managed by the victim C in Pocheon-si, Macheon-si, and stolen the Defendant’s 310,00 won of property owned by the victim on five occasions.
B. At around 13:50 on March 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) laid the victim G in front of the commercial building to build the commercial building; (b) laid down a tent equivalent to KRW 600,000 in the market price (3.6mX2 meters in Aluminium) around the commercial building; and (c) laid down the e-mail truck.
2. Around 12:00 on March 28, 2013, the Defendant driven E-wit truck without a vehicle driver’s license from 561 p.m. to 636-5 p.m. in the south-si, Jyang-si, Jinyang-si.

3. Larceny;
A. At around 05:30 on April 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stolen construction materials equivalent to KRW 4,660,00 in total, KRW 4,60,00 on E-wit truck, which are owned by the victim I, located at the construction site of H-gu Nam-si, Namyang-si; (b) 150 junk pumps, which are owned by the victim I; and (c) 50 rop pipes, and (d) 20 ropers.
B. At around 22:30 on the same day as the above paragraph (a) above, the Defendant, at the same place as the above paragraph (a) above, loaded 40 knife pumps equivalent to the market value of KRW 1,100,000, on the truck above, and stolen them.
4. Around 22:30 on April 20, 2013, the Defendant was driving the e-mail truck without obtaining a driver’s license within approximately 34 kilometers in the section of approximately 34 kilometers in order to start from 19, 2021-ro, Mancheon-si, Manyang-si, Namyang-si, and start from 2021-ro, Namyang-do.
