Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and B conspired to steal construction materials, such as non-line pipes, located at the construction site in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, 2013, and Defendant B conspired to steal the construction materials at the construction site in the Namyang-si, 2013; Defendant B, preparing to transport stolen materials and driving the vehicle; Defendant A, along with Party E, prepared tools necessary for committing the act of transport of stolen materials; and Defendant A, together with Party E, sold the stolen materials to C, who is an operator of the high water level;

A. On February 23, 2013, at the construction site located in G in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, the victim I was found to have no person at the construction site at the H level, and the victim I prepared to carry 60 non-meter pipe 60,000 won of the market price managed by the victim I at the construction site at the construction site as above, and theft them into the J 1 ton cargo vehicle;

2. Defendant C is a person who is engaged in the water trading business under the trade name of Q from Nam-si in Southyang-si;

A. At 00:00 on February 2, 2013, the victim I, who stolen from E on the above secondhand on the water surface at around 00:0, has a 60-meter pipe equivalent to KRW 9.60,000 in the market value of the victim I owned.
