1. The defendant is based on the transfer on March 31, 1986 to the plaintiff of each real estate listed in the separate sheet.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Jin-taking Partnership was established pursuant to the former Shipbuilding Repair Association Order (amended by Presidential Decree No. 2, Jul. 21, 1917; repealed by the implementation of the Land Improvement Project Act, Jan. 21, 1962; hereinafter “former Joseon Repair Association Order”). The former Land Improvement Project Act (amended by Act No. 948, Dec. 31, 1961; repealed by the implementation of the Rural Modernization Promotion Act, Jan. 12, 1970; hereinafter “former Land Improvement Project Act”) Article 6(6) of the Addenda of the former Land Improvement Project Act (amended by the Rural Modernization Promotion Act, etc.; hereinafter “former Land Improvement Project Act”) at the time of the enforcement of this Act.

Article 3 (Measures against Land Improvement Cooperatives) (1) of the Addenda of the former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 2199, Jan. 12, 1970; repealed by Act No. 5077, Dec. 29, 1995; hereinafter referred to as the "former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act") to the Jinyang Land Improvement Cooperatives pursuant to this Act.

Pursuant to this, the name was changed to the Jinyang Farmland Improvement Association.

B. The name of the Jinyang Farmland Improvement Association was changed to the Jinsan Farmland Improvement Association, and it was dissolved by the execution of the former Agricultural Infrastructure Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Law No. 5759 on February 5, 1999). On January 1, 200, the Korea Agricultural Infrastructure Corporation established on January 1, 200 comprehensively succeeded to the rights and obligations of the said association pursuant to Article 9 of the Addenda of the said Act. The Korea Agricultural Infrastructure Corporation was changed to the Korea Agricultural Community Corporation on December 29, 2005 and the name of the Plaintiff on December 29, 2008.

C. As part of the comprehensive development project for the Southern River basin from around 1984 to 1985, the Korea Agriculture Promotion Corporation completed the construction of the 00amam reservoir, the lux reservoir, the lux reservoir, the lux reservoir, the lux reservoir, and the lux reservoir. The real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 to 23 is listed in the separate sheet No. 2
