1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2,000,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a local administrative assistant of Daejeon Metropolitan City waterworks headquarters C.

On December 16, 2013, at around 20:20 on December 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened the watchkeeping room on the ground that the victim E (the age of 44) was working in the night watch room at the water supply center in Daejeon-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City, Daejeon, due to the notification of personnel management of new female employees, performed duties without the Defendant; and (b) led the victim to the outside of the building, saying, “the same son is dead when the same son is seated with the seat of the son; (c) the victim was not out of the building; and (d) opened the door to the above gate; and (d) opened the door to the victim, “the victim is dead”, and the victim was able to kill with the son’s breath by drinking her hand; and (d) caused the victim to kill with the breath by drinking her with other hand, and then the victim was pushed with the breath by drinking her.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the victim's legitimate night watch service, and at the same time inflicted injury on the victim, such as dynae, bones, etc. requiring medical treatment for about two weeks.

1. 증인 E의 법정진술(증인 E은 피고인이 멱살을 잡고 밀어 뒷걸음질 치다가 침상 모서리에 걸려 엉덩방아를 찧고 넘어졌다고 수사기관에서부터 일관되게 진술하고 있고, 사건 바로 다음날 증인이 근무하고 있는 C에 동향보고서를 제출하면서도 같은 내용을 기재한 점 등에 비추어 보면 신빙성이 있다고 판단됨)
