A Of multiple labor unions formed within Y in X, A is the president of the association of the Korea Nowon-gu Y Transport Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as the “NF”) in the Y branch in the Y located in the Y, and Defendant D, Defendant F, and Defendant H are the employees of Y who are operating members of the Transport Trade Union while engaging in operating route buses (Defendant D becomes the operating members after the instant case) while engaging in driving route buses (Defendant D becomes the operating members of the transport trade union after the instant case). Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant C, Defendant E, Defendant G, Defendant I, Defendant J, Defendant K, Defendant K, Defendant M, Defendant M, Defendant M, Defendant N, Defendant P, Defendant P, Defendant Q, Defendant R, Defendant T, Defendant T, Defendant T, Defendant T, Defendant C, Defendant U, and Defendant C are the employees of route buses and are the members of the transport trade union.

On February 23, 2015, the Defendants: (a) around February 23, 2015, the temporary board of directors of the Y selected and appointed a representative director, and (b) around March 2, 2015, the Z moved in the office at the company on March 2, 2015; (c) decided to hold a meeting for emergency countermeasures against transportation trade union at theY trade union office from March 14:00 to 21:00; (d) decided to be absent collectively; and (e) notified the members of the plan to engage in the strike on March 3, 2015, and urged them to participate in the strike, such as submission of the resolution of the countermeasures committee and suspension of labor provision on the route buses.

Accordingly, among the Defendants, Defendant G, S, Defendant R, Defendant M, Defendant I, Defendant N, Defendant H, Defendant H, Defendant K, Defendant Q, Defendant Q, Defendant V, Defendant F, U, Defendant D, Defendant P, Defendant P, Defendant C, and Defendant C from March 2, 2015 to March 3, 2015, respectively, in the Y labor union office, and thereafter, from March 2, 2015 to March 3, 200:40.
