Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A’s status and criminal background of the Defendants is the Vice-Chairperson of the Korea Labor Union (hereinafter referred to as the “T”), the above Secretary General of the headquarters of the Korea Labor Union; Defendant C is the above Head of the headquarters of the Korea Labor Union; Defendant D is the chief of the subdivision of the Korea Labor Union of U branch of the Korea Labor Union; Defendant E is the above U subdivision of the U branch of the U branch of the U branch of the Korea Trade Union; Defendant F is the above U division of the U branch of the U branch of the U branch of the U branch of the Defendant F, Defendant H is the above U branch of the branch of the South branch of the Seoul metropolitan area; Defendant H is the director of the headquarters of the Korea Labor Union of the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the “W branch of the Korea Labor Union”); Defendant C is the head of the headquarters of the Korea Labor Union; Defendant M, Defendant N, DefendantO, and Defendant P are the above members of the Korea Headquarters of the Korea Headquarters.

Y Co., Ltd. ordered AAA’s new construction to Daejeon Seo-gu Z and received it from the owner on June 10, 2014, and had been doing construction work until October 19, 2015, and it had been performing construction work with a subcontract for a part of building outer walls.
