Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bchip private taxi vehicles.

Drivers of motor vehicles and riders of horses passing along roads shall observe signals and directions conveyed by traffic safety facilities.

Nevertheless, at around 00:25 on November 5, 2019, the Defendant used the intersection in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, and front roads with a signal, so the driver of the vehicle must proceed according to the new name, but he/she got the passenger by entering the red signal and let the passenger board the intersection, and violated the signal.
