A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:40 on July 15, 2014, the Defendant found the victim C (here, 44 years of age) who drank together in front of the Defendant’s house in Manpo City B at the latest time and changed the victim’s car height. On the ground that the victim C (here, 44 years of age) was found to have been in front of the Defendant’s house at the latest time, the Defendant got out of the victim’s right eye due to drinking, she turned out the victim’s side eye and walked once, and her face was taken several times with drinking and hand.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, such as cutting a stokes of the right side and the stokes that require treatment for about eight weeks.
