Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 324] Defendant A is not a person handling narcotics.

No person, other than a person handling narcotics, shall receive or administer a psychotropic drug Mebacopon (one-name clopon; hereinafter referred to as "philopon").

1. At around 19:00 on January 24, 2013, Defendant A, in a guest room located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, put approximately 0.1g of philophones into a disposable injection room, melting the hydrophones into the arms and administered phiphones.

2. At around 14:00 on January 30, 2013, Defendant A: (a) put F’s residence Glllllle in the middle school of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seo-dong, 507 to a single-use cellphone (0.1g), melting the hydrophone into the arms, and administered phiphones.

3. At around 10:00 on March 16, 2013, Defendant A received opon 0.2g of philopon, which is 0.2g from F, in a single-use folder in Songpa-gu Seoul.

4. Defendant A put approximately 0.1g of philophones from F in a single-use injection machine, as set out in paragraph 3 at the time, at a place, and as set out in paragraph 3, and injected philophones into the arms and administered them.

5. From 19:00 to 20:00 on the same day as paragraph 3, Defendant A received approximately 0.2 g of philopon, which is contained in F in a single-use injection machine, from F, in a place like paragraph 3.

No person, other than a person handling narcotics, may purchase psychotropic drugs in writing.

6. On May 10, 2012, Defendant A opened approximately 0.4g of philopon from J in the vicinity of the Seo-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul at the end of May 10, 2012, and remitted KRW 200,000 to J on the same day at around 07:46 of the same day, as well as remitting KRW 200,000 from that time to August 21, 2012 the sum of 30,010,000 won of philopon over nine occasions, such as in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
