Defendant

A and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,00,000, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,00.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in agricultural products distribution business as the head of the C Co., Ltd. located in Gyeongnam-si Kimhae-si D.

No person shall indicate on a certified product differently from certified details, sell such product, or sell certified products mixed with non-certified products, etc.

Nevertheless, from June 3, 2013 to June 13, 2013, the Defendant purchased a 60.53 metric tons from the above C Co., Ltd. to the certification shop for low agricultural chemicals cultivation, and displayed a total of 8.68 tons of organic cultivation rooms, 2 tons of agricultural chemical cultivation rooms, 5 tons of organic cultivation rooms, 1.68 tons of mixing organic cultivation rooms and agricultural chemical cultivation rooms with 1.68 tons, and 12.71 tons of general cultivation rooms, purchased from the above C Co., Ltd. with 60.53 tons of general cultivation rooms, 4 tons of general cultivation rooms, 60.53 tons of total of 60.53 tons from the K Co., Ltd., Ltd. to the certification shop for low agricultural chemicals cultivation, and sold them to 12,106, 457, 368-4, 368-4, 30-18, 100 won in total as if they were sold.

Accordingly, the Defendant knew that it was an agricultural product marked differently from the content of certification of environment-friendly agricultural products and sold such agricultural product.

2. Defendant B is a person in charge of the purchase and sales of agricultural products while he/she works as a regular manager of the National Agricultural Cooperative in Gwangjuyang-si.

No person shall sell certified products and non-certified products, etc. together.

Nevertheless, from June 3, 2013 to June 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) mixed the 6,448km certification for low agricultural chemicals with the OF certified by the said NFFF; (b) selected a general cultivation room of 28,692kg; and (c) confirmed the certification information search data and the certificate of origin as if it were the low agricultural chemicals certification room.
