Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the “E” located in B from October 20, 2010 to B, and no one shall sell certified products by mixing them with non-certified products, etc. or store, transport, or display them for sale by mixing them with non-certified products.

1. Around December 12, 2013, the Defendant sold 36 tons of the non-certified rice to H farming association, as if it were a certified product (certification number: G) produced by the FF C, a mixture of non-certified rice in the failed rice in the string, a certified rice in the G, located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun.

2. On November 13, 2014, the Defendant sold 5,120 km to H agricultural associations, as if it were a certified product (certification number:J) produced by I, and as such, sold 5,120 km of the receipt volume mixed with the receipt volume, which is a certified product under the above E, which is not certified.

3. Around November 13, 2014, the Defendant sold 1,000 g of a captain mixed with a certified captain, who is a certified product under the above E, as if he/she were a certified product (certified number: M) produced by K small-scale L (certified number): and sold it to H agricultural partnership.

5. On November 26, 2014, the Defendant sold 400 km of the receipt volume to P as if it were a certified product (a certified number:J) produced by I (a certified number) by mixing the receipt volume, which is a certified product under the above E, with non-certified receipt volume.
