【Criminal Facts】

1. On May 7, 2014, the Seoul E- Middle School Teachers F posted the teachers’ declaration to the effect that “K” is called “K” under the name of “J” on the G Association’s website (hereinafter “G”) bulletin board as “H,” and then calls for the withdrawal of the L regime, such as “No-ri-ri-ri’s campaign and the expression of decentralization,” which alone lacks in mind, and thus, proposes a teacher’s campaign to urge the withdrawal of the L regime, and the teachers participating in the posting of the teachers’ declaration on the Cheongdae-dae website’s free bulletin board as an e-mail to inform the regional name.”

42 teachers, including the Defendants, expressed their intent to participate in the joint signature box according to F's proposal.

On May 13, 2014, at around 13:35, the above F connected Cheongdae website (www.presid.go.kr) and posted a letter of teachers’ declaration of “M” under the joint signature of 43 teachers who expressed F himself and other people’s intent to participate in the free bulletin board.

(hereinafter “Second School Teachers Declaration”). The N Elementary School Teachers’O on the same day posted the above School Teachers’ Declaration on the G website “H” bulletin board on the same day.

On April 16, 2014, the above teachers’ declaration criticizes the P case in which 304 passengers were dead or missing as “homicides that occurred in aiding and abetting the other party’s implied right” and criticizes the case that occurred due to the implied use of the regime.
