1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 137,814,420 won and the interest rate of 12% per annum from March 18, 2021 to the day of complete payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 10, 2019, the Plaintiff was awarded a contract for the Newly constructed E-built construction works located in C with the Defendant during the construction period from June 20, 2019 to February 29, 2020, and the construction cost of KRW 930,600,000 (the supply price of KRW 846,00,000, value added to KRW 84,600,000).

B. Since then, the Plaintiff and the Defendant calculated the supply price of the instant construction by adding the supply price of the instant construction to KRW 924,000,000, from the initial 846,000,000 through design changes.

The Defendant, while carrying out the instant construction, received wages, materials, and equipment from each trader listed in the following table “transaction” column, and the Defendant did not pay the transaction prices to each trader, and the Plaintiff, on behalf of the Defendant, paid a total of KRW 137,814,420 to each trader as indicated in the following table.
