Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On July 7, 2017, Defendant A was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (special indecent act by force) at the Suwon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 15th of the same month.
【Criminal Facts】
1. No person who is a defendant A shall trade or smoke marijuana;
A. On March 8, 2017, between around 19:00 and 23:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way of cutting off the manobage of marijuana possessed by B on the drinking water cans, heating the bottom of it on a drinking water cans, thereby spreading together with B and D.
Accordingly, the defendant smoked marijuana in collusion with B and D.
B. On March 10, 2017, around 14:00, the Defendant purchased marijuana with a cash of KRW 3.80,000,000 in cash from Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and approximately 37,000,000,000 to B.
C. The Defendant was above B.
