Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2, 2017, the defendant, around 13:37, was crossing the road from the village along which he left the 11-lane from Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the east of the road.

Pedestrians shall cross the road at which crosswalks, underground passages, overpassess, and other road-crossing facilities are installed.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not cross the road without permission at a crosswalk installed in front of the C High School with approximately 60 meters away from the width of the road.
