Punishment of the crime

Pedestrians shall cross the road at which crosswalks, underground passages, overpassess, and other road-crossing facilities are installed.

On January 5, 2017, the Defendant crosses the road above the underground passage, even though the crossing facilities are installed near the interest line underground vehicular road and the road through underground passage in the interest line, which is located in the 19:01 Sin-si of the Government of Gyeonggi-si.
