Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Pedestrians shall cross the road at which crosswalks, underground passages, overpassess, and other road-crossing facilities are installed.

Nevertheless, around December 2, 2017, the Defendant did not use crossing facilities, such as underground passage, at 5 entrances located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on December 2, 2017, and did not cross the eight-lanes without permission at 7 exits located in the alternates of Seocho-gu.
