[criminal records] On March 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a special assault, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court on February 23, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 31, 2018.

[Criminal facts]

1. It was difficult to avoid disturbance by continuously visiting the damaged person's business place, such as avoiding disturbance, while sounding "I am".

2. On May 2, 2018, the Defendant, at around 16:05 at the place specified in paragraph (1) at around 1, 2018, she potableed by following the Victim C’s flowers leaves owned by the Defendant.

3. Around April 19:00 on April 30, 2018, the Defendant reported from “E” located in the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D market to the police that “I want to make a fluorite, but he/she must do so at a drinking house, and only four days after he/she comes from the correctional institution.”

Then, the defendant laid down his own goods on the floor of the place and was dispatched after receiving a report.
