Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On March 18, 2016, Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for special injury at the Seoul Northern District Court on March 18, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 26, 2016, and the probation period is currently underway. On April 1, 2016, Defendant A was sentenced to four months for interference with business affairs at the Seoul Northern District Court and completed the enforcement of the sentence on July 29, 2016.
[Criminal facts]
1. On January 5, 2018, at around 18:00, the Defendants: (a) refused to provide alcoholic beverages from the injured party while drinking alcohol at “G cafeteria” operated by the victim F in Seongbuk-gu Seoul; (b) Defendant A voiced the injured party “Cleh, h. h. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f.
Pursuant to the sound called "araman", it was difficult for other customers to suffer disturbance by putting different time signals.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the operation of the cafeteria of the victim.
2.
