A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

"2016 Highest 1940"
1. On April 10, 2016, the Defendant sold FM2 Camers on the Internet NA bulletin board, within the “Mo Heavy Industries Dormitory” complex located in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do.
The phrase “if you send money, I would sell the said Kameras” by inserting a false letter, and by communicating the victim C who asked to purchase the said Kameras by visiting the victim C.
However, even if the defendant did not have a sales camera and received money from the injured party as the purchase price of the camera, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the camera, and he thought that he would use the money remitted from the actual injured party as the cost of living.
The defendant deceiving the victim as above and transferred KRW 160,00,00 from April 10, 2016 to the agricultural bank account under the name of the defendant as the sales proceeds of the carmeras to the victim.
5. From June 1, 200 to June 200, a total of KRW 465,000 was delivered five times in the same manner, such as the attached Table 1.

From that time until May 27, 2016, the Defendant acquired 534,250 won in total on seven occasions, such as the attached Table 2 of the Crimes List 2, from that time until May 27, 2016.
