1. On August 22, 2016, the Defendant sold to a middle country of the Internet NAV website using the Defendant’s portable phone at a place in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

However, the defendant did not have intention or ability to sell mother and child at the time.

Around 16:59 of the same day from the victim by deceiving the victim as above, the Defendant was transferred KRW 2.80,000 to the corporate bank account (D) in the name of the Defendant.

From October 12, 2016 to October 09:06, the Defendant received a total of KRW 4,000,000 from the victims by the same method through the same 18 times, such as the attached Table 1 re-written list of crimes.

2. On January 31, 2016, at the PC room where it is difficult to identify the detailed address in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the Defendant posted a letter “Datker Quaker's Republic of Korea” on the Internet Quaker's Internet car page, an Internet Natter site, and made a false statement to the victim E who visited him.

Around 13:17 of the same day from the victim by deceiving the victim as above, the defendant was transferred KRW 180,000 under the name of sale to the national bank account (G) in the name of F designated by the defendant.

From October 7, 2016, the Defendant received a total of KRW 2,600,000 from the victims through the same 14 times in total, as in the second list of crimes, from October 7, 2016.
