Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who resides in Jinju-si B apartment C, and the victim D(39 years of age) is a person who resides in the above apartment E, and the victim F(n, 64 years of age) is the mother of the victim D.

1. On June 19, 2019, the Defendant damaged the property by allowing the victim to open the entrance door of the victim’s residence to a drinking room on the ground that the victim raised a complaint due to noise problems between floors, which led to the damage of KRW 500,00 in the cost of repair.

On July 3, 2019, the Defendant, who attempted to gain special residence intrusion, took a large 50cm (mast 50cm in length) (a dangerous object) around 16:49, and laid off the wall before the above apartment building E, which is the victim’s residence, by putting the cover of the electronic apparatus installed at the victim’s house entrance and exit, and opened a corrected door by dividing it into the victim’s house door, and attempted to intrude into the victim’s residence, but no door was opened.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and attempted to intrude the victim's residence, but did not bring about such intent.

3. A special intimidation: (a) on July 3, 2019, the Defendant attempted to intrude the above apartment E around 16:50, but failed to open a door, and (b) did not seem to cause harm to the victim, such as causing the victim F to suffer from the said apartment E, along with his/her son, and reporting that the victim F would have come to the said apartment E, with his/her son, and following the victim’s rear, he/she took the 50cm (breadth 50cm in length), and talked with the victim’s rear, and doing so.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
