Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The victim B is the owner of the "Clin", the victim D is the part-time producer of the business establishment, and the defendant A is the victim B and the obligation relationship.

A. A. Around 20:00 on March 2, 2017, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s back water once a week due to the Victim B’s obligation relationship with the victim in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu”). Around March 2, 2017, the Defendant used the victim’s back water as drinking once a week, and was frightened with the victim’s back water and arms.

B. The Defendant committed assault, such as assaulting a victim D’s bucking at the same time and at the same place as the above “A”, with the victim D’s scam being scam and being tightly sealed.

On March 2, 2017, from around 19:45 to 20:05 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s business by force, such as the floor and entrance of the part of the injured party, and the body of the injured party, on the ground that he did not pay the injured party’s money within the same place as the above “A”, and that he did not pay the injured party’s money.
