A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 18, 2018, the Defendant was forced to commit an indecent act: (a) while drinking alcohol at the D main points in the operation of the Victim C in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun on April 18, 2018; (b) drinking alcohol on the victim’s left hand, sent the victim’s right chest to the victim’s clothes; (c) the victim’s left left buckbucks are met; and (d) the victim’s speech.
