Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant forged a private document with his name-free loan so as to forge a detailed statement of passbook transactions and a written confirmation of employment (employment) together with the name-free loan so that he can be used with a worker’s livelihood loan from the bank.

On June 2010, the Defendant indicated the Defendant’s Daegu Bank passbook (Account Number C) transaction statement as “10302”, “10401”, “10501”, “100601”, “Internet D”, and “2,000,03”, “2,062,73”, “2,03”, “2,01,73”, “2,01,” “2,000,” “2,000,000,” and “30,000,00,000 if the Defendant were to appear on June 1, 201 through the above loaner’s loan route, on the date and time, at the name and place of the said paragraph (a) and in the name and place of work, “D2,024,863,” and “0,00,00,000 if the name and place of work,” and “3,00,000.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the above loan hub, forged a detailed statement of passbook transactions in the name of Daegu Bank Co., Ltd., a private document on certification of facts, and a written confirmation of employment (employment) in the name of D for the purpose of exercising.

2. On June 11, 201, the Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document is a document which duly formed the detailed statement of transactions in passbook and written confirmation of labor (employment) as stated in the above paragraph (1) with K, an association employee, who is not aware of the forgery at the Young-gu Sung-dong 255-1, Daegu Sungdong-dong 255-1.
