Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 18, 2017, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) determined the police officers and commitment places that pretended to purchase sex; (b) 1.20,000 won for sexual traffic; and (c) arranged sexual traffic by placing sexual traffic women C into DM5 car, which is a place where sexual relations is promised; and (d) placing them on the street in front of the "Felel in Suwon-si E, Suwon-si, the place where sexual relations is promised."
