A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant was recruited to recruit female sexual traffic with B to arrange sexual traffic by soliciting female sexual traffic, and the Defendant, around April 26, 2017, explained the terms, methods, etc. of sexual traffic by “A” in the “C” of the same 50th place per day in a smartphone hosting fluor, and reported this writing to the police officer in charge of crackdowning sexual traffic, and the interview with B, around 14:30 on the following day, the Defendant explained the police officer controlling sexual traffic and explained the conditions, methods, etc. of sexual traffic.
