Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2016, around 21:19, the Defendant issued several orders to the victim C, a business operator installing the shock network, to install the shock network, in front of the Defendant’s residence, on the grounds that the victim did not install the shock network, using the phone to the victim’s phone at the above location, and thereby, under the influence of the Defendant’s house, knife (the length of 34cm, 9cm in length), which is a deadly weapon in the Defendant’s house at the Defendant’s house (the length of 34cm, 9cm in length), and threatened the victim as at the time of the victim.
