Punishment of the crime

On November 2012, when the Defendant received KRW 10 million from the Victim C (the age of 38) to invest in boiler business, the Defendant created a security right to his apartment complex, but the business did not proceed in accordance with the plan, which led to a conflict between the Defendant and the victim, with the mind of the Defendant, with regard to the documents on the above security that the victim left to D outside of the instant case.
