Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

In relation to the 18th presidential election, the Defendant decided to promote the support declaration as a means of raising the support rate while discussing the methods of selecting the candidates D as a single candidate in the camping zone and D to be elected to the President.

On November 2012, the defendant recruited people to participate in the support declaration by communicating people who were first in November 2012 and explaining the purpose of the support declaration and requesting them to attend it.

Around that time, the Defendant prepared a banner "D candidate support declaration" and the support declaration, promised to attend the meeting room of the Sungnam City Council at the place of the reporters' meeting, followed by 12 persons who will attend the reporters' meeting, including Sungnam City E, etc. from November 13, 2012 to 15 a.m., sent an e-mail to 50 persons who are known to the Defendant from November 13, 2012 to 50 p.m., "Request for coverage of D support 2012 persons who are male citizens of the Republic of Korea."

At around 14:00 on November 15, 2012, the Defendant 12, at the meeting room of the first floor of the Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, the Sungnam-gu, the Sungnam-gu, the Sungdong-gu, the Defendant 12, including D Support Declaration, and E supporting D, were present at the meeting room of the reporter, and distributed the printed items called "D Support South Korean Citizens 2012" to the reporters, and read them.
