A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

A sum of 400,000 won shall be collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and the defendant shall not purchase or administer a psychotropic drug campopon (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as "philoopon").

3. On June 14, 2014, the Defendant purchased KRW 200,000 from G via F at an insular place of not more than Incheon, via F, approximately 0.06 g of philopon.

4. From June 14, 2014 to around the 15th day of the same month, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of the philopon purchased as set forth in paragraph (3) into a single-use injection machine, and melted with water, and administered them into the arms blood transfusion.
