The punishment of the accused shall be determined by two years of imprisonment.

"2012 Highest 2623"

1. On March 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) put psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine; (b) injected the psychotropic drugs, into a single-use injection machine; and (c) injected into the arms after being melted with water.

2. On March 31, 2012, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting the cel 705 room above the cel 705 room above time, inserting the philophones into a single-use injection machine, melting them in water with water, and administering philophones into the arms.

3. On April 1, 2012, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting philophones into the cross-discopic telephones located in Gwangju Mine-gu, and inserting philophones into a single-time injection machine, melting with water, and administering philophones into the arms.

4. On May 20, 2012, at around 22:00, the Defendant administered 0.03 gylphones to coffee.

5. At around 21:00 on May 21, 2012, the Defendant injected phiphones by inserting 0.07g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine, melting them into water, and administering phiphones into arms.

"2012 Highest 4947"

1. The Defendant, along with F, gathered with F to purchase psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related Mescopon and to use them jointly. The Defendant provided funds to purchase Mescopon and the said F purchased Mescopon with the funds as follows. The Defendant traded Mescopon over four occasions in collusion with F.

On January 2012, F sent KRW 500,00 to G-phone sellers of phiphones to purchase phiphones, and purchased 0.7 g-phones contained in the first-time injection machine using high-speed bus freight and Kwikwikset service line.

B. On January 2012, 2012, the F paid KRW 600,000 to the above G for the purchase of phiphones around Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu.
