A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 13:00 on April 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) discovered a mobile phone advertisement in OOO apartment OOdong OOOOOOOOOOO located in U.S., U.S.; (b) brought about one copy of the victim’s resident registration certificate, which is kept in the victim’s house on the television bed, in order for the victim to purchase alcoholic beverages; and (c) brought about one copy of the victim’s resident registration certificate, which is kept in the victim’s wall in the television bed, in order to purchase alcoholic beverages.

2. No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall unlawfully use another person's resident registration certificate.

Nevertheless, at around 15:00 on April 5, 2019, the Defendant purchased the mobile phone in the name of external third village from the sales store of the mobile phone operated by E located in Seojin-gu, Seojin-gu, Seoul, to the employee F, and then suggested C’s resident registration certificate, which was stolen as described in paragraph 1, to the above F.

3. The Defendant, in the form of private electromagnetic records, connected to G smart subscription application programs using the tables PC located therein at the time and place specified in paragraph (2), and entered “C” in the column of “purchase” and “Deposit Holder” column, and affixed a digital signature on the name.

As a result, the Defendant forged one file of the G mobile subscription application form, which is an electronic record of another person's rights and duties, for the purpose of making administrative affairs smooth.

4. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the time, and place specified in paragraph (2), sent the files of the above-mentioned application form for G mobile admission to G through the Internet as if they were duly formed to employees in charge of G, who knew of the above-mentioned fact.

5. The defrauded presented the file of the mobile subscription and C’s resident registration certificate, which was written to the victim E at the time and place specified in paragraph 2, to the victim E, and the said C is the Defendant.
