Criminal facts
1. When the Defendant and B, in the course of forcing C to engage in and arranging commercial sex acts, they opened a cell phone in their names without the consent of C and C, and conspired to use it in the course of arranging commercial sex acts.
B around May 14, 2016, the Defendant issued a resident registration certificate of C, D, and E, the legal representative of C, D, and E, who was in advance, directed the Defendant to open a mobile phone of C, E, and the Defendant: (a) around that time, the Defendant changed the G operating the mobile phone agency into the residence of the Defendant and B; (b) issued the F’s resident registration certificate to G; and (c) requested the Defendant to open two cell phoness (J, K) in the name of D, the date of birth with the consent of F and D; (d) entered F and D’s personal information into an electronic tag; and (e) signed D and F’s signature; and (d) entered the aforementioned application in the name of D and F’s name and six (1) up to that time, 20 days prior to that time, 16 days prior to that time, 20 days prior to that time, 16 days prior to that time, 20 days prior to that time, 20 days of entry and six (1).
2. In collusion with the Defendant and B, at the date, time, time, and place specified in the foregoing paragraph 1(1) above, the Defendant and B exercised six copies of the application for membership, which was sent to G via the data base of the headquarters through the L/C computer network as if the application for membership was duly formed as described in the foregoing paragraph 1(1) and used it, as well as the following crimes, until November 3, 2016, 4 times in total as indicated in the list of crimes.
