Criminal facts

Some of the facts charged were corrected.

1. Events, such as writing, electronic records, etc.;

A. On January 9, 2020, the Defendant: (a) taken a photograph on the file of a written application for membership in the name B; and (b) completed the process of entering B’s personal information by entering B in the name of the mobile files with B, stating that “I will have any money to be received; (c) I will have no account suspended; (d) I will be informed of the password; and (e) I will receive a physical card from B; and (e) I will know the password; and (e) B will receive a personal information from B; and (e) I will receive a personal registration certificate from B, “I will open a gal lue Pol and Ipoid to the employees of B; and (e) written a written application for membership in the name of B, “I will not know of the name of BF at a location near Sung-si, Sungnam-si; and (e) completed the process of entering B’s personal information under the name of B, as if I had no knowledge of the name, rights, and duties of B.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged two mobile file files in the name of another person, electronic records, B, which are electronic records of rights and duties, and exercised them for the purpose of facilitating administrative affairs.

B.
