A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

5.7 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On June 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and medical treatment and custody for violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Busan High Court on January 2, 2014, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Public Medical Treatment and Custody Office.

【Criminal Facts】

Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, upon C’s request to assist in purchasing psychotropic drugs-related Mesponsers (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), the Defendant arranged C to trade philopon six times as follows.

1. On August 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sent 70,000 won of the purchase price of penphone, which was received from C, to D in Busan by means of express bus in the vicinity of the Suncheon-si, Macheon-si; and (b) received approximately two g of the penphone, which was sent from Busan, by means of express bus, to C, and arranged to sell and purchase the penphone between C and D by again delivering it to C.

2. On August 22, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime of August 22, 2014, around the mutual influorial hospital located in Fluories (hereinafter referred to as “Fluorial hospital”) around August 22, 2014, paid 60,000 won of the purchase price of the philopon to D, and 2g of the philopon was fluored from it, and arranged to trade philopon between C and D by delivering it to C on credit.

3. On October 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around October 9, 2014, committed the act of committing the crime of October 2014, the Defendant paid KRW 110,000,000 of the instant purchase price for the philopon to F; (b) received approximately five g of the philopon from F; and (c) assisted the purchase of the philopon between C and EF by delivering it again to C in the way of delivering it again before a bus terminal located in Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si.

4. The Defendant committed the crime of October 19, 2014: (a) around October 19, 2014; (b) around 1100,000 gramphones from the above F in front of convenience stores near the electric railroad stations in which C and E are in the said sub-scopic.
