Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On September 19, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (mariju) at the Incheon District Court on September 19, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Three Prisons of the North Korean Dos.

【Criminal Facts】

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On July 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received a request from psychotropic drugs-related Mescopon from Mescopon in the front of the D, Seocheon-gu, Seoul; (b) received KRW 500,00 from Mescopon to Mescopon; (c) received KRW 500,000 from Mescopon in the vicinity of the G Largescopon located in Seocho-gu, Seoul; (d) received KRW 500,00 from Mescopon to Mescopon; and (e) arranged to trade Mescopon by delivering the said Mesopon to Mescopon.

2. On July 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received 300,000 won from E in front of the I Station located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul; (b) received 300,000 won from E; and (c) received 1 philopon with approximately 0.35 g of philopon from the neighboring area of the said G Large-Scale, and arranged to trade philopon by again transmitting the said philopon to E.

3. On September 2013, 2013, the Defendant received 300,000 won from E in front of the said I Station upon the request of E to rescue phiphones. At the above G G W W W W D D D D D D D D D D D D 1, the Defendant received 30,000 won from H, and arranged to trade phiphones by again transmitting the said phiphones to E.

4. On September 22, 2013, upon receipt of the request from E to rescue a phiphone from the above D’s upper street, the Defendant saw KRW 1 million from the above G G Large Store, with the above KRW 1,00,000,000 from H, and received approximately KRW 1.206 g of phiphones, and arranged to trade the phiphones by again transmitting the said phiphones to E.
