A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall pile up any obstacle, such as earth or stone, standing timber or bamboo, or do any other act impeding the structure of a road or the traffic on a road.

Nevertheless, from March 24, 2015 to July 11, 2016, the Defendant stored obstacles, such as heavy cooling and washing machines, in front of the “C” operated by the Defendant, which interfered with traffic by piling up the obstacles.
