Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates “B”.

No person shall stockpile soil, rocks, standing trees, bamboo, or any other obstacle on a road or conduct any other activity impeding the structure of the road or the traffic on a road without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, from May 2014 to June 4, 2015, the Defendant newly established a ice cream sales box with approximately 8.1 square meters wide on the roads of Jeonyang-gun, Jeonyang-gun, Seoul, thereby hindering road traffic by doing business act.
