Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

Any person shall be prohibited from piling up any obstacle on roads or doing any other act impeding the structure of roads or traffic without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, from May 2019 to May 1, 2019, the Defendant, while operating a clothing shop with the trade name “C” on the first floor of the Seo-gu Daejeon building, installed two drums in two spaces to prevent vehicles from parking on the adjacent roads around July 9, 2019, and installed two drums on two sides to prevent vehicles from parking on the 31st day of the same month.
