All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

1. Facts charged;

A. At around 21:15 on November 201, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault against the victim’s part on his hand on the part of the Defendant on the ground that the victim B (year 23) who was an employee of the said singing room took a bath against F, on the ground that he was able to do so.

B. Defendant B, at the time, at the time, at the time, and place described in the paragraph (a) above, assaulted the victim’s face at approximately three times by drinking against the assault by the said victim A (year 32).

C. The Defendant C, at the time and place indicated in the paragraph (a), reported that the Defendant, a single criminal defendant, is disputing the Victim B (the age of 23), and assaulted the victim’s face by spreading the victim’s face on the ground of the Biocom (500ml).

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

B. On February 7, 2020, the date of prosecution, the victims expressed their intention not to prosecute.

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
