Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants jointly committed the crime committed on May 11, 2018, and around 04:10, at around 10, 2018, the DNA singing rooms 103 located underground in the building C located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and Defendant A’s victims E (36 years old) was actually committed.

While Defendant B was in dispute with the victim with respect to the opening of the visit and the absence of the apology, Defendant B, in his arms, had the head of the victim and went beyond the sofa, and Defendant A had the head and body of the victim several times by drinking.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly assaulted the victim.

2. The Defendant: (a) reported the date and time set forth in the preceding paragraph; (b) at the place, that the Victim F, a daily f, performed physical fighting with the Defendant as described in the preceding paragraph; (c) removed the Defendant from E and removed him; and (d) boomed the beer’s head, which is a dangerous object on the tables, and used the beer’s head.

3. Defendant B

A. A. Around May 11, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the ground that the police officers called up after receiving a report on the said D’s singing corridor, sent out a fighting match to the victim G (V, 26 years old), followed the victim’s buckbucks.

B. At around 04:10 on May 11, 2018, the Defendant damaged the victim’s TVs owned by the Defendant, such as by being placed on the wall of the victim H 40, the victim’s H, who was installed on the wall of the said place, for the reason that the said fighting had occurred, such as the said D Singing 105, to have the amount equivalent to KRW 500,000 of the repair cost.
