A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 20, 2016, around 17:12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) boarded a taxi operated by the victim D on the front side of the Jeju-si building, and (b) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount by making a false statement to the victim as if the victim did not have any intent or ability to pay the taxi fee but did not have any intention or ability to pay the taxi fee; (c) moving the said taxi to the front of viewing 10, 300, 42,40 won through the 4th Donyang-si, 10,000 from the victim via the 10th Donyang-si, 10,000, 42,000 won from the victim, on the ground that he did not have any money.

2. On May 3, 2016, at around 11:33, 2016, the Defendant acquired the same amount of money by receiving food and alcoholic beverages equivalent to 14,000 won from the victim, by receiving food and alcoholic beverages from the victim as if he/she had no intent or ability to pay the food and beverages, even though he/she did not have an intention or ability to pay the food.

3. On May 5, 2016, around May 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) boarded the J-si that was operated by the victim I on the roads adjacent to the Jeju High School; (b) on the ground that, on the other hand, the Defendant: (c) 21:24, around May 5, 2016, the Defendant got the victim from the Jeju High School; and (d) was aware that the victim did not have any intent or ability to pay the taxi fee, but did not have any intention or ability to pay the taxi fee; and (c) was able to move the victim to the neighboring area of the Jeju High School via the Jeju High-si, Jeju High-si; and (d) was

Around June 29, 2016, the Defendant was guilty of the facts at the Mcafeteria working for the victim L in K in Jeju on June 29, 2016, despite the absence of the intent or ability to pay the food cost, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim as if he would pay the food cost, and that is from the victim.
