[2014 Highest 2129] On August 3, 2014, the Defendant, at the “K” restaurant operated by the Victim J in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and at around 16:00, the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to pay the price, made a false representation as if the Defendant would have paid the price to the victim, and acquired a considerable amount of proprietary benefits by being provided by the victim with alcohol and food equivalent to KRW 25,00,00 in total, including 50CC and 500.

[2014 Highest 2130 [Defendant] around 17:30 on July 11, 2014, the Defendant obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the amount of money by ordering food equivalent to KRW 34,00,000 for two persons, 2 persons, 2 persons, and 2 soldiers, etc. living together with the victim, who did not pay the amount of food, as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the amount of food, and as if he would pay the amount to the victim, he did not pay it.
