Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, from December 7, 2011 to July 20, 2012, the Defendant operated the registration number plate by attaching a reflectr to the front registration number plate of the vehicle C (Aididi 8) from December 7, 2011 to July 20, 2012, making it difficult to distinguish the registration number plate.
