Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around June 16, 2012, at around 23:50 on June 16, 2012, the Defendant: (a) took a bath in the state of her inner clothes only; and (b) took a part in the disturbance of his/her hair, he/she reported the disturbance to the victim’s DNA box E (the age of 45) who was dispatched after receiving a report of 112, thereby openly insulting the victim.

2. On June 17, 2012, at around 00:05, the Defendant obstructed the legitimate execution of duties of the above E in relation to criminal investigations, such as arrest of a flagrant offender on the street before the police box located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and taking off from the patrol box for the said reasons, taking the victim’s bridge on the floor, taking the victim’s bath on three occasions, walking the victim’s face board on three occasions due to his hair, taking the victim’s face board on one occasion due to his head, and taking the victim’s face face board on one occasion at the police box on one occasion at the police box.
