A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. B. On January 5, 2012, at around 23:25, the Defendant: (a) arrested a flagrant offender at the criminal office and office of the Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo Police Station located in Mapo-gu, Seoul and brought into custody as a flagrant offender; (b) then, the Defendant: (c) sent back the locker’s bucks to the Defendant’s hand; (d) took over the instant documents, etc. from the back to the Defendant at once on the floor; (c) the Defendant’s bucker’s face level of F in the above police station where the Defendant had taken over the instant documents, etc.; and (d) the Defendant’s bucker’s bucks that “if you assault the police officer, you will tell it”; and (d) the Defendant’s bucker.
