A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
The execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2017 Highest 1160"
1. On October 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) visited the Defendant’s home site, Q Q, 103 Dong 203, the residence of which was “on the one hand”; and (b) falsely speaks to the effect that “on the other hand, if you send money” to the victim C; (c) the Defendant received 54,000 won from the said victim from the said victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number S) in the name of the Defendant on October 3, 2017; and (d) from then to October 29, 2017, the Defendant acquired 54,000 won from the said victim through the same method as the victim’s list of crimes (1) and acquired 1,64,000 won in total from the victims on ten occasions.
2. Around October 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement to the victim C to the effect that “I would lend money to the Kakao Stockholm to the Kakao Stockholm; (b) he/she received 100,000 won from the said victim as a loan money from the said account around 13:04 on October 3, 2017; and (c) received 10,000 won from the said victim to October 22:26, 2017, by deceiving the said victim on six occasions, as in the attached list of crimes (2) in the same manner, and received 710,000 won in total.
On October 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement to the effect that “the 310,000 won will be forwarded to the victim M in an irregular place; and (b) he/she received 310,000 won from the said victim to the said account in the name of the price for the same day; and (c) received 310,000 won from the said victim by remittance from the said victim to December 7, 2017; and (d) received 5,658,500 won in total by deceiving the victims on 21 occasions from the time to December 7, 2017 as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

1. On December 11, 2017, the Defendant had access to the “sprink” in the above residence at around December 11, 2017, and then had access to the victim T.
